Tried various dealerships this year trying to source an RS4/5/6 my first car purchase in the UAE. These guys knocked it out the park, by far the best service of all the shops i visited and cars I viewed, the car is pristine and 100% mint condition. Have just put 5000km on it since I bought it in June and it hasn’t missed a beat. Highly recommended and they will be the first people I call when adding to the collection.

First of all let me start with thanking these great people. I am not a easy buyer bcs of my previous car purchase experiences and i really pushed them hard in terms of confidence. I met most of the dealers in Dubai and if i had done %50 of what i did to them, they would not answer my calls. Long story short these are honest and trustable business owners. You can believe whatever they say and i must add don’t push Rajeev so much bcs he is self confident with his cars and he may get grumpy if you do so 😳 but you can count on him with having no hesitance, Rajeev is someone whom you may enjoy long conversations, he is a intellectual , kind person. Just bought a car from Rajeev who owns this business, he is very honest and very clear.
All his cars in the showroom are clean and in best condition in addition to mew cars you can’t find it else than his showroom.

Absolutely when buying a second hand car your major concern is always if this car has any major issue and the person or company you dealing with is completely honest. I was having same concerns but honestly speaking once I met carisma team especially Rajeev they were completely polite and honest in every step of purchasing. They gave me every detail of car and all issues it had in past which were fixed. My recommendation to all car buyers go meet them and you will get the best reliable drive. Again I dropped this review only after one month as I want be sure that car is in perfect condition.

From the minute you enter the showroom the warm and friendly welcome just puts you at ease. I had visited a lot of showrooms but felt I could trust Carisma cars with one of the more important decisions in my life of getting my dream car.
